1.2 The buyer or customer

Anyone who uses the Webshop service, i.e. registers on the www.krinettdesign.hu internet interface and orders or purchases goods or services through this interface.

2. Purpose of the Web Store Terms and Conditions

[ Krinett Kft. ] has issued the Web Store Terms and Conditions in order to regulate in detail the terms and conditions related to the Web Store service and its use, the rights and obligations of the service provider and the customer, and other important circumstances related to the Web Store service.

The Web Store Terms and Conditions contain the general terms and conditions of the legal relationship between [ Krinett Kft. ] and the customer entering into a contractual relationship with it. Regarding issues not regulated here, the Hungarian laws and official regulations in force at all times regarding the activities of the service provider Web Store, as well as the provisions of the Civil Code, shall apply without any separate stipulation.

2.1 Publication of the Web Store Terms and Conditions

The customer’s acceptance of the Web Store Terms and Conditions is a prerequisite for using the Web Store service. The terms and conditions shall be deemed to be accepted if the customer uses the service, i.e. registers.

2.2 Scope of the Web Store Terms and Conditions

[ Krinett Kft. ] reserves the right to modify the Web Store Terms and Conditions in whole or in part at any time. The Web Store Terms and Conditions and any amendments thereto shall enter into force upon publication. The Web Store Terms and Conditions shall remain in force as long as the Web Store provider provides the Web Store service, and for matters that began before termination but have not yet been closed, until their closure.

3. The Web Store Service

[ Krinett Kft. ] shall provide the Web Store service to the customer in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

3.1 Territorial scope of the Web Store service

The data network management interface maintained by the Web Store service provider is accessible both domestically and internationally due to the characteristics of the data network (internet). However, [ Krinett Kft. ] only accepts orders addressed to the territory of the Republic of Hungary. Delivery to postal or other addresses outside the territory of the Republic of Hungary is therefore not possible.

By accepting these GTC, the buyer has entrusted [ Krinett Kft. ] with the storage, archiving and management of the data, who has undertaken to keep the data confidential, not to disclose it to third parties based on the existing legal relationship, and to store it securely on its servers.

4. Creation and modification of the Web Store contract

4.1 General characteristics

The contract is created by registering on the service provider’s Internet interface and accepting these terms and conditions. Registration is a condition for purchasing in the Web Store. Orders are created when the buyer approves the order in its final form. [ Krinett Kft. ] reserves the right to cancel orders upon receipt, if the authenticity of the registration data is questionable or incomprehensible, delete the data and declare the orders placed with these data invalid.

4.2 Registration

During the Web Store registration, after providing the customer’s data, the customer has the ability to place an order. The customer can freely select from the product range without logging in and add them to their cart. The customer can log in to the store with their username and password, and then purchase the products collected in their cart without logging in. The purchase is made by using the dedicated button on the website.

4.3 Order modification and cancellation

According to Act CVIII of 2001, when placing an order, the web store software immediately sends a notification to the customer about the fact that the order has been accepted. If this does not reach the customer within 48 hours, the customer’s obligation to make an offer will cease. [ Krinett Kft. ] gives the customer the opportunity to cancel their order electronically until the order is completed. When the order is completed, the customer receives an e-mail notification of the fact that the order has been completed, after which the customer can only cancel their order in person (at the customer service contact details), which the customer service of [ Krinett Kft. ] can accept or reject based on the following guidelines:

In the case of delivery by courier service, cash payment may be accepted for orders that have not been handed over to the courier service. If the courier service has taken over the products to be delivered from [ Krinett Kft. ], then this right may be exercised upon delivery.

In the case of payment by bank card, the cancellation of the order may be accepted according to the rules of cash payment, with the proviso that the transferred money will be returned to the customer within 30 days, and the costs incurred during bank transactions in this case will be charged to the customer, deducting these costs from the returned money.

4.4 Payment terms

The buyer pays the consideration for the purchased goods and services electronically (by bank card) when placing the order, or in cash to the courier upon receipt of the goods, or by direct transfer to the bank account of [ Krinett Kft. ]. [ Krinett Kft. ] issues an invoice for the receipt of the cash. The buyer may receive all items of the order at once, or may refuse to receive the entire order. If the customer refuses to accept the order, [ Krinett Kft. ] reserves the right to terminate the customer’s registration and to invalidate any orders placed in the meantime, based on individual discretion.

[ Krinett Kft. ] does not charge a fee for using a given payment method that exceeds the costs incurred by it in connection with the payment method.

4.5 In case of unsuccessful delivery

With a general delivery deadline, the supplier will attempt to deliver the ordered goods twice. After that, the customer can collect the products at the designated postal delivery location for a further 5 days. If this is not done, the seller will declare the order invalid and cancel it after the goods have returned.

4.6 Order tracking service

The customer service will provide information on any questions related to the order.

5. Buyer’s rights and obligations

5.1 Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw the ordered product from the service provider within 14 days of receipt and to return it to the service provider in its entirety within 14 days of withdrawal. Pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), the costs of return are borne by the buyer. In order to avoid disputes, a video recording of the opening of the package containing the returned goods is made. The Seller is obliged to return the price of the goods, after deducting the verifiable costs incurred, to the buyer within 30 days of receipt of the package. The right of withdrawal also exists between the conclusion of the contract and the receipt of the product. In the event of withdrawal, the service provider is not obliged to refund the consumer the additional costs resulting from the increased shipping fee, only the normal shipping fee.

If a product – due to its nature – does not allow withdrawal from the contract, this is indicated separately in the product description.

A recommended sample of the withdrawal declaration is attached. Using a text different from the recommended sample does not mean that the withdrawal would be invalid: the service provider considers the withdrawal to be valid if the intention to withdraw is clearly and unambiguously evident from the buyer’s statement, and withdrawal is possible for the product – due to its nature.

5.2 Possible damage of [ Krinett Kft. ]

If the returned goods are presumed to be damaged, and this damage is due to improper useIn the event of a loss of value in the product, in accordance with the above regulation, [ Krinett Kft. ] may claim compensation from the customer for the loss of value caused by the product. The parties mutually accept the video recording made by the Seller when the goods were opened as proof of damage to the package.

5.3 Warranty

The seller’s warranty and guarantee liability is governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and Government Decree No. 151/2003. (IX.22.).

5.4. After-sales services

[ Krinett Kft. ] undertakes a service beyond customer service and the warranty (e.g. non-warranty repairs) after the sale in a separate, individual contract.

[ Krinett Kft. ] has not prepared a separate code of ethics (based on the possibility provided for in the Act on the Prohibition of Unfair Commercial Practices Against Consumers).

6. Data protection, data security

6.1 Data protection statement

During the registration required to use the service, [ Krinett Kft. ] records the following data about the customers: Data necessary to identify the customer: the customer’s username, password (one-way encrypted) and email address. Name, address, contact phone number. In order to deliver the ordered goods, [ Krinett Kft. ] provides the following data to the supplier or the supplier’s agent: order time, recipient name (from the delivery address), company name (from the delivery address), full delivery address, order amount, order number, customer phone number and other contact information.

6.2 Modification of personal data

The customer can change or delete the personal data provided at any time on the user interface of the Web Store. The following data is an exception to this:

The buyer can request the cancellation of the registration via the e-mail address info@webaruhazkft.hu or the customer service telephone number. The telephone number is not subject to premium rates.

7. Final provisions

7.1. Provisions related to contracts between remote parties

No written contract is concluded on these terms and conditions, and [ Krinett Kft. ] does not register it. An exception to this may be our customers with whom we conduct most of our purchase transactions not electronically.

7.2. Termination of the legal relationship

The terms and conditions of the Web Store remain in effect as long as the Web Store provider provides the Web Store service, and for matters that began before termination but have not yet been closed, until they are closed. The buyer may request immediate termination of the contract at any time, provided that there is no transaction in progress and no claim from either party. We will acknowledge this after verifying their identity, and we will terminate the user’s ability to use the store by deleting their registration.

[ Krinett Kft. ] reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract in justified cases in the event of inappropriate behavior by the buyer.

7.4. [ Krinett Kft. ] is not liable

It does not assume financial or moral liability for abuses caused by the user’s negligence (e.g., giving out a password to a third party).

GUARANTEE, COMPLAINT

We guarantee the quality of our products to the extent required by law.

If the product is proven to be defective, [ Krinett Kft. ] will of course provide a refund or replacement guarantee, which includes the refund of shipping costs or the free delivery of a new product.

The Customer is entitled to submit his/her complaint and comments in writing to the Seller. The Seller is obliged to examine the complaint within 3 days and notify the Customer in writing of the result and further steps to be taken.

In the event of a legal dispute, the consumer may contact a conciliation body. The conciliation body competent according to the registered office of [ Krinett Kft. ]:
